Key AI Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm headquartered in San Francisco, California. We invest in enterprise security and cloud infrastructure companies. Our $130 million Seed Round was completed in April 2021 with anchor backing from Wing Venture Capital.
Key AI Ventures is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or other financial services firm regulated under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 or similar state laws with respect to the information provided on this Site. Our investment activities are conducted through our fund entity in compliance with applicable securities laws and regulations.
